Album of Deer Park Road Field Trip

Selected photos by Laurel Ramseyer and Rod Crawford from our 2 May 2023 spider collecting trip to sites on Deer Park Road, Clallam County, Washington. After a brief initial stop on the cemetery-spider project, we proceeded to my main habitat goal, where entry turns out to be forbidden due to supposed danger. But a recent clearcut gave us 24 species and a nice mixed forest (on private timberland) with a trail through it, brought us up to 49, best total so far this year!
