Album of Spada Reservoir Field Trip

Selected photos by Rod Crawford and Laurel Ramseyer from our 15 June 2019 spider collecting trip to the Bear Creek recreation site on Spada Reservoir, Snohomish County, Washington. Reached by a trail that is level but has its ups and downs, the site has a great variety of open and forested habitats plus a cliff and riparian meadow (which was an unexpected struggle to reach — and to get away from!) We got 31 species including some good jumping spiders; saw no humans on or around the beautiful Snohomish County water supply reservoir other than a few hikers on the trail.
