Album of Gold Creek Trail Bridge Field Trip

Selected photos by Rod Crawford and Laurel Ramseyer from our 21 March 2019 spider collecting trip to Gold Creek Trail and Tin Mine Creek Road in Green Mountain State Forest, Kitsap County, Washington. Fall before last, we collected in the further part of the Gold Creek Trail and this time we hit the nearer part; thus completing the spider sampling of the entire Kitsap Peninsula! In all, we got a nice diverse 40 species from the area, including a remarkable 13 species from one bridge structure and the first time Laurel has found native Ozyptila pacifica in a Douglas-fir cone.
