Album of Upper Middle Fork Field Trip

Selected photos by Rod Crawford from my 2 June 2019 spider collecting trip (with Kiara Milcoff) to the upper Middle Fork Snoqualmie River, King County, Washington. We had to walk over 2 miles because the road was too rough for Kiara's car, so we were a bit limited in the habitats we could reach: riparian forest with conifers, or alders, or maples, and roadsides. But we managed to get 27 spider species, and had a good snack of just-ripened salmonberries! Nothing manmade nearby but the road — we were way out in the woods!
