Album of Elk Creek (W of Murnen) Field Trip

Selected photos by Laurel Ramseyer and Rod Crawford from our 25 April 2023 spider collecting trip to Elk Creek west of Murnen, Lewis County, Washington. After weeks of April showers, the first of a few days of fine weather saw us collecting in a Weyerhaeuser clearcut and a pleasant streamside with the usual habitats. Even though no one of them was outstanding, all the habitats together brought us a quite nice 42 species.
