Album of Lake Fazon Field Trip
Selected photos by Hannah Dykstra from an 18 May 2014 spider collecting trip to the public fishing access point of Lake Fazon, Whatcom County, Washington. The greater number of photos taken by Rod Crawford are not here because they were on a camera I lost the next day! Collecting from swamp, riparian shrubs, a large field, and leaf litter at the lake, plus roadside habitats just outside the driveway to the lake, got us 28 species in part of a day. The second part, we devoted to adding records from Cordata Park at the north edge of Bellingham, where Hannah took no photos. A nice day until a fender-bender rudely interrupted our bliss!
