Album of Marten Lake Creek Field Trip

Selected photos by Rod Crawford and Laurel Ramseyer from our 16 August 2024 spider collecting trip (with Kathy Whaley) to the lower SE flank of Mt. Baker, Whatcom County, Washington. We followed ultra-bumpy Forest Road 1130 to a loop where it approaches (but does not reach) small Marten Lake. There, we collected from roadside, "meadow," forest, bog and streamside, netting 26 species, some of them potentially very interesting, and checking off another unsampled area.
