Selected photos (by Rod
Crawford and Laurel Ramseyer) from our 22 June 2011 spider collecting trip (with Jerry Austin) to the Aeneas Valley, eastern Okanogan County, Washington. Other than fishing access points, I was able to find just one tract of public land in the valley; fortunately it was good, including pine forest with plenty of cones for Laurel, rich understory flora, rocks to look under, and the edge of an extensive marsh. We got 27 species in a couple of hours! This is the fourth of 5 albums from our June 21-22 mini-expedition to the Okanogan Highlands.
