Selected photos by Rod
Crawford from my 4 May 2025 spider collecting trip with Sayna Parsi to two habitats along Beverly-Burke Road, southwestern Grant County, Washington. A typical, and rather sparse, shrub-steppe sample was made memorable by an excellent sift sample (with 6 uncommon to rare species out of 8 total) from litter of the non-native Eleagnus angustifolia. An 18-species total was easily supplemented on the following trip.
