Album of Vesta-North River Field Trip

Selected photos by Rod Crawford and Laurel Ramseyer from our 16 March 2024 spider collecting trip to the Vesta area, on the North River in Grays Harbor County, Washington. We collected at tiny Vesta Cemetery, in a nice wild section of private timberland nearby, and around the North River Road bridge over (what else) the North River. We collected a nice even 40 species in that area, but the best species from the trip was Islandiana flaveola, a new state record from grave vases at Oakville Pioneer Cemetery.
