Selected photos (by Rod
Crawford and Laurel Ramseyer) from our 16-17 October 2011 spider collecting trip to the mouth of Badger Gulch (on Rock Creek), Klickitat County, Washington. A marked (though informal) campground, lovely habitats and outstanding solitude made for a delightful place to spend the night. Although some habitats (notably the rocks) proved disappointing, we probably got a good spider sample, but due to a misplaced vial, might have barely squeaked by with 20-21 species actually making it back to the lab.
