Album of Bear Lake Park Field Trip

Selected photos by Rod Crawford and Laurel Ramseyer (her take on the site here) from an 8 October 2013 spider collecting trip to Bear Lake Park, northern Spokane County, Washington. Habitats were just drying out after a moist night, but even without sweeping the too-wet marsh grass, we managed to get a sample of 27 species, including some really noteworthy rarities, from trees, litter, pine cones and a shed before the next cloudburst hit. The picnic shelter helped immensely!
